So, some of our CI agents on
[https://ci-cassandra.apache.org|https://ci-cassandra.apache.org/] have much
slower disks then other. It can be also related to tests execution scheduling,
when we plan a lot of heavy writing/fsyncing tests to the same machine.
A possible way to avoid such timeouts and speedup tests in general - skip fsync
in tests for the mentioned logic as well.
