There is a fix for the flaky test in

inbound.close().get(10, SECONDS) only waits for the server-side channels to
close. The client side (OutboundConnection) learns about it later, on its own
event loop.
The test then re-creates the inbound and calls outbound.enqueue(...) straight
away. Nothing waits for the outbound to notice the disconnect.
In Delivery.run(), state.established().isConnected() (channel.isOpen()) still
returns true. If it returned false, the code would call requestConnect(), keep
the message pending and deliver it to the new inbound.
Instead, LargeMessageDelivery.doRun() polls the message off the queue and
writes it to the stale channel.
