The test may fail on an agent with slow disk. it does about 1,360 flushes over
its 12 cases.
Also ViewComplexTester.updateViewWithFlush calls
Keyspace.open(keyspace()).flush() and doesn't wait for the flushes to finish.
We still have some fsyncs which are not disabled by -Dcassandra.skip_sync=true
