You're right: while it's reasonable to unit-test assureSufficientLiveNodes, the 
right place to do that is just with IWriteResponseHandler objects instead of 
mocking up a ring.  This test also pre-dated NTS and the different IWRH for 
that, so it's pretty fragile.

Went ahead and deleted it per your suggestion.
