I downloaded Cassandra 1.1.1 , configure it and run it : ./cassandra -f
./cqlsh --cql3
CREATE KEYSPACE mks
WITH strategy_class = 'org.apache.cassandra.locator.SimpleStrategy'
AND strategy_options:replication_factor='1';
Then:
CREATE TABLE stats (
pid blob,
period int,
targetid blob,
sum counter,
PRIMARY KEY (pid, period, targetid)
);
And I faced the exception I posted earlier.
