Did you upgrade directly to 1.1.4 or one of the previous 1.1 versions first?
Please check timestamps in your schema_* ColumnFamilies and see if they have
any future dates. The easiest way I see to fix this would be to re-create your
schema if you have timestamp problems from CASSANDRA-4432
