[~jbellis] Working YFNTS to use the new ReconnectingSnitchHelper required a bit
more of a refactor as it was not using the ApplicationState.INTERNAL_IP model
(stored in gossiper) like Ec2MRS, but it instead maintained it's own similar
model. Hence, as the work was a little more involved, can you review the YFNTS
changes? Thanks
