Attached is a simple fix, that also changes the CFMetaData and KSMetaData
equals definitions to make debugging the exact cause of a failure much easier.
In particular the EqualsBuilder is completely opaque without downloading the
source jars. It doesn't seem to add enough to warrant this annoyance.
