Fairly simple patch that adds the dataSize of any RangeTombstoneList to the
memtable currentSize.
Whilst this defect doesn't affect the 2.1 branch, this patch also reduces
garbage generated when updating a memtable partition with pre-existing
tombstones, which is probably worth forward-porting.
