Actually, since the 2.1 output uses percentiles instead of an "offsets" column,
I think it's fine as is.
I'm attaching 6360-2.0.patch in case we want to improve this just for the
remainder of 2.0, but since things are improved in 2.1, it's not terribly
important to me.
