I have corrected the specific error Josh was seeing. In regards to Kishan's 
point, the cli bug is a ccm issue. I agree with Aleksey that the correct 
resolution is to use Thrift directly. I do not know of a existing ticket for 
that though, so I will make the changes to sc_with_row_cache_test as part of 
this ticket.
