Resolution: Won't Fix
Per CAY-1154 and CAY-1215 those strategies are now in
org.apache.cayenne.map.naming packages. I think those old values got stuck in
your modeler preferences. Nevertheless they should appear in dropdown combobox.
If they do not, please change the class name manually (it will be saved) or
just blow out modeler preferences.
