Some time ago {{TransactionDescriptor}} was refactored to use builder pattern
to initialize and there's left some missing docs in the code.
Additionally there's no point to keep a separate
{{DefaultTransactionDescriptor}} it could be merged back to the
{{TransactionDescriptor}} class.
