We have pretty extensive set of validation rules in the Modeler, but they could
go against existing project policy. So on some projects it's almost impossible
to use validation because of a long list of unrelated problems. It would be
nice if we could disable some checks on a per-project basis.
Also we may need to improve visualization of found problems, preferably add
some icons right in the main UI (though it could be challenging).
