Description:
We should stop supporting HSQLDBNoSchemaAdapter. Let's just keep the
HSQLDBAdapter version.
_A possible issue - think we incorrectly return HSQLDBNoSchemaAdapter from
HSQLDBSniffer for the newer versions of HSQLDB. But per
https://lists.apache.org/thread/y7hvokllmw52wn238t2y6o1gy2y91vzv,
HSQLDBNoSchemaAdapter actually worked with newer HSQL... So unclear which
implementation to keep._
