deps: Update gp-common-go-libs to latest commit (#42)
Updated github.com/cloudberrydb/gp-common-go-libs from commit
7e1b684694b9 (2025-07-23) to 928bc567da46 (2025-07-25) to
ensure compatibility with latest Cloudberry and Greenplum
database version detection APIs.
This update maintains access to IsGPDB() method and other
database identification functionality required by the
backup/restore logic.
