1. Is the postgres_fdw extension compiled and installed correctly?
-- I have installed the cloudberry from github. Kindly can you the
link regarding the configuration of postgres_fdw.
2. Does the file postgres_fdw.control exist in
/usr/local/cloudberry-db/share/postgresql/extension ?
-- The file does not exist.
