Hi @rohityadavcloud, as explained in the spec (issue #5891 - [here](https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/5891#proposed-changes--proposed-workflows) and [here](https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/5891#proposed-changes--rules-processing-and-variables)), we're introducing a way to allow operators to define (or not) activation rules for the tariffs.
