**ISSUE TYPE**

**COMPONENT NAME**
- VXLAN/VNI and VM Instance
**CLOUDSTACK VERSION**
- 4.17.0
**OS / ENVIRONMENT**
- CentOS 7.9 KVM
**SUMMARY**
It has operated well with vxlan/vni for last 3 months, but I can not deploy
vm instance after upgrade it to 4.17.0.
I can not see vxlan/vni identifier on the vpc section and zone guest
physical network.
**STEPS TO REPRODUCE**
I have deleted vcp and recreate vpc and network, but Never see vlan/vni in
zone physical netwok and guest vlan.
**ACTUAL RESULTS**
Unable to start a VM [1629aa3d-ab18-41b1-b91e-eef32a7ec123] due to [Unable
to create a deployment for VM instance {id: "13", name: "i-4-13-VM", uuid:
"1629aa3d-ab18-41b1-b91e-eef32a7ec123", type="User"}
