    * Bug Report

   ##### COMPONENT NAME
   <!--
   Categorize the issue, e.g. API, VR, VPN, UI, etc.
   -->
   ~~~
   Tungsten Fabric R5.0
   ~~~

   ##### CLOUDSTACK VERSION
   <!--
   New line separated list of affected versions, commit ID for issues on main
branch.
   -->

   ~~~
   CloudStack 4.18/ 4.18.1 nightly builds
   ~~~

   ##### CONFIGURATION
   <!--
   Information about the configuration if relevant, e.g. basic network,
advanced networking, etc.  N/A otherwise
   -->

   Advanced zone with Tungsten fabric deployed with Tungsten as LB provider,
default Tungsten fabric offering would do.
   ##### OS / ENVIRONMENT
   <!--
   Information about the environment if relevant, N/A otherwise
   -->

   ##### SUMMARY
   <!-- Explain the problem/feature briefly -->

   When configuring Load Balancing with Tungsten Fabric based zone although the
load balancer configuration is applied successfully it doesn't work at times.
The connectivity fails from the client. The service instance appears to be
configured as per the Tungsten Fabric controller.

   ##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
   <!--
   For bugs, show exactly how to reproduce the problem, using a minimal
test-case. Use Screenshots if accurate.

   For new features, show how the feature would be used.
   -->

   <!-- Paste example playbooks or commands between quotes below -->
   ~~~
   1. In a Tungsten fabric integrated zone created a guest network using the
offering _DefaultTungstenFarbicNetworkOffering_
   2. Deploy a VM in the above network.
   3. Acquire a new public IP in the guest network and configure the load
balancing rule and firewall to allow the same.
   4. Try connecting to the public IP:port using telnet or desired client.
   5. If the above it working, remove the LB rule and add the same rule again
or acquire a new public IP and repeat the same.
   ##### EXPECTED RESULTS
   <!-- What did you expect to happen when running the steps above? -->
   ~~~
   The load balancer should be configured on Tungsten Fabric to allow
connectivity
   ~~~
   ##### ACTUAL RESULTS
   <!-- What actually happened? -->
   <!-- Paste verbatim command output between quotes below -->
   ~~~
   Although the load balancer configuration seems to be applied at the Tungsten
 Fabric by the CloudStack the connectivity is not possible intermittently.
