   During the migration process, the source host encountered a problem and went 
down. After that, the volume that was being migrated is permanently locked as 
"Migrating" and cannot be operated on.
   When I looked inside the ISCSI volume mounted on the destination host, I was 
able to confirm that the migration was completed.
   
   I tried rewriting the SQL table, but the problem did not improve.
   I would like to file this issue as a bug that occurs in certain situations.
