   Hi @weizhouapache ,
   
   I'm indeed using version 4.19.1.0 and Veeam B&R version 12 (do you need the 
minor also?).
   Here are the settings for global and the specific zone which is not working 
(I didn't make any modification in the zone settings from the defaults)
