I have created a detailed spec for the feature on cwiki [Create Instance from Backup](https://shapeblue.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/FRO/boards/34?selectedIssue=FRO-3835). Hope it helps. The majority of the changes in this PR belong to the feature as described in the spec above. But, I have also included a few minor enhancements related to the Backup and Recovery framework (listed in the PR description). While I agree that ideally these should be done as a separate PR, but doing so at this point of time would require significant bandwidth, both on my part and for reviewers who have already reviewed and tested the PR. These enhancements along with the core feature add a lot of value to the framework as well as to the NAS backup provider, which is currently the only backup solution we have for KVM.
