### problem When creating a service offering with QoS storage type and assigning IOPS max and min limits, testing via fio shows that there are no limitations on IOPS. However, when configuring QoS hypervisor type, the maximum IOPS value strictly adheres to the specified value. ### versions ACS 4.19.3 Primary storage - Linstor 1.31.3 OS: Ubuntu 24.04.2 ### The steps to reproduce the bug Create a service offering with QoS storage type, set IOPS limits, and verify them. ### What to do about it?
