I am a little late but I had to add this, My hosts file or DNS entry was pointing to a different IP in the system and so I got this error, I took the easier way and fixed my DNS entry to a proper IP and then cloudstack-setup-database… and cloudstack-setup-management and the UI came up -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
