Before this change, the creation of CKS cluster in a shared network failed with the below error: <img width="420" height="178" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8a505145-5e69-42f8-8181-07cbe3b2253c"; /> I also verified that issue didn't exist in 4.20.1.
