I had some research on source code for this issue it looks like the issue happens during scaling down: - the VM has been removed from LB - the VM has been removed autoscale VM group - but VM is not destroyed/expunged the vm due to some reasons (host reboot, agent is disconnected,etc ?) @btzq can you share more info - the value of global setting `vm.destroy.forcestop` - the ha flag of VMs -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
