@weizhouapache @shwstppr , I think we should not try to solve this and at most add a warn log or error output that a PW is not created when a VM is created in powered down state. I thought we could simply call `UserVmService#resetVMPassword(ResetVMPasswordCmd cmd, String password)` but as that doesn’t seem to work I think a warning to the user should do. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
