I can confirm based on my tests with ACS 4.20.1 and 4.20.2 that this issue exist on the Default Domain Admin account "admin" for all of its users. All other accounts are not affected. As a workaround you can create another Domain Admin account in the ROOT domain and session.timeout setting of /etc/cloudstack/management/server.properties will be respected. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
