It’s great that the router now starts and GRE works when the router and VMs are on the same node. The issues you’re seeing with cross‑node traffic and the broken network providers in the screenshot suggest there is more going on in the multi‑host GRE/OVS and provider configuration. Could you please share a bit more detail on your setup (number of hosts and GRE/OVS layout) and a log snippet from the management server around the time you test VMs on different nodes (especially any OvsFetchInterfaceCommand / UnsupportedAnswer lines)?
