A heads-up on CI for this one, in case it saves someone a lookup: none of the workflow runs on the earlier head were ever approved, so they expired after 30 days (all 8 were created on Sep 11 and all failed with no jobs at the same minute today). So this change has never actually been tested. I've synced the branch with 4.22 (no conflicts, and the diff against 4.22 is still just the 4 lines in `user.js`). The new head `dbe3dd2` has 8 runs waiting for approval. @RosiKyu, could you or another committer approve them when you have a moment?
