## Pre-flight Check (Stop on Forks)
- **CRITICAL**: Before performing any triage steps, check if the current
repository (`${{ github.repository }}`) matches `apache/cloudstack`.
- If `${{ github.repository }}` is **not** `apache/cloudstack` (meaning it
is running on a user fork), **stop immediately**, output a message saying
`"Skipping triage on fork repository"`, and exit without taking any action or
consuming tools.
You get sent out an annoying email every time this workflow fails
