After some analysis, this PR (and there was one from @prashanthr2 need to be carefully considered to work in cooperation, and I don;t want to introduce regressions (already done some analysis and it needs fixign on it';s own due to parameters not being passed at all to e.g. WARM migrations etc. Let's leave it for 25.0 I did raise a UI only to rename that stupid "Force" which actually means "Generate new MAC on duplicates" - it's a separate PR.
