1605200517 commented on issue #3084: Missing release 4.7.1.3 URL: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/3084#issuecomment-445174740 As it came out, the instance is not Cloud Stack but Cloud Platform by Citrix, (a commercial fork?) so they have slightly other version numbers. i.e. 4.7.1.3 of Cloud Platform means it depends on CS 4.7.1.1.
