Global settings added by this PR: ``` diagnostics.data.gc.enable diagnostics.data.gc.interval diagnostics.data.retrieval.timeout diagnostics.data.max.file.age diagnostics.data.disable.threshold diagnostics.data.systemvm.defaults diagnostics.data.router.defaults ```
