   When the kvm agent reported the host status, it did not reread the OS memory 
status. Therefore, the memory data reported every minute is the same (but the 
actual OS memory has changed), so cloudstack cannot get the latest memory 
status of host
   
   This PR refers to re-acquiring the memory status when reporting the Host 
Status every minute, so that the latest memory data can be reported to the 
management
