isRepresented in dispatchBranchKeyMap in ChoiceCombinator.scala needs to be
verified to ensure that it can be locked as true or if this has unintended
consequences. It is used to decide whether to reset state for backtracking or
discard it in ChoiceDispatchCombinatorParserBase.
It is also possible that this boolean might not be needed at all
