Actually, we have determined that the "old" sbt style is preferred, since
reduces the likely hood of conflicts when making formats subprojects.
I'm leaving this open as we still need to determine if there is a better place
for this repository to live (OpenDFDL or DFDLSchemas seems more appropriate)
and document it's usage.
