Looks like there's hundreds of dependencies if you include the
transitivies. Taking a targeted approach seems like it would be a huge effort.
Doesn't have to be sovled now, but we should consider how we're going to keep
all this stuff up to date, or if there's anything that can be trimmed to
minimize the effort.
