Doesn't appear to be in power-saving state.
I downloaded cpufrequtils and set my cpu governor to "performance" mode. It
definitely was "powersave" mode.
Didn't make much difference. I still get 12 or 13 seconds to compile the P8
schema with the latest daffodil 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT.
lscpu says my CPU is 3287.287 Mhz with max of 3600 Mhz.
Regardless as there is no clear action for this ticket I am going to close it.
