The tests by default run on a different port than 9000 (9009 (https://github.com/apache/daffodil-vscode/blob/d20e1e754748a2cd7547e9442844afce341ffd49/src/tests/suite/dataEditor.test.ts#L40)) so they don't interfere with a session running on port 9000.
