[I] No Formatter for DFDL Exists [daffodil-vscode]

   ### Description
   When editing a DFDL file and trying to format the document, this pops up:

   It would be nice to have a formatting functionality for the extension. 
   
   ### Remedy Recommendations
   Incorporate formatting functionality from an already existing xml formatter 
pictured below
