Now that we're supporting Scala 3, we've decided to drop support for 2.13 for
ease of maintenance. We would need to remove the scala2 src folders we added
for macro support. Scala 3 uses scala 2.13 library behind the scenes so macro
might still need scala-reflect 2.13 but that is tbd.
