1. Copy was removed.
2. Execute worked fine.
3. Append currently doesn't work. When trying to run an append I get this in
a popup:
```bash
TDML ERROR: Test suite not found. Ensure that the TDML action is set to
"generate" for your DFDL debugging launch configuration before appending.
```
