I am not sure this is the best route to resolve the issue with
Create/Append. I don't think the path for Generate, Create and Append should
all be hard coded to always be in the OS temp directory.
I think the better route would be to update Create and Append to allow the
user to select the TDML file they want to use instead of always being the
`${OS_TMPDIR}/generatedTDML.tdml` file.
Making Generate, Create and Append always using the same file path and name
causes too many limitations for the user.
