## Description
On Unix systems, sometimes the omega editor server does not get shut down
properly when all the data editor sessions/panels are closed. Any subsequent
created data editor panels report an error windows stating "_Failed to create
viewport ..._".
On Windows, I believe this always happens and can be identified by the
Windows terminal window popup for the Omega Edit Server.
## Steps to Reproduce
[
1. Run the extension
2. Start a Data Editor session
3. Exit the entire VSCode window
4. Repeat steps 1 & 2 and observe viewport creation errors
]
## Expected Behavior
The data editor should be signaling omega edit to shutdown upon closure.
## Actual Behavior
The data editor does not properly signal omega edit to shut down when all
sessions are closed.
