Spoke with @stricklandrbls regarding this issue. From our conversation, he
suspects that the sbt build isn't resolving the OE_LIB_DIR variable.
For now, it'll be worth attempting to run the yarn linking script in Omega
edit on WSL and see if it can resolve the path to Windows.
