    Description: DAFFODIL-2875 made changes to improve warning of ignored 
properties. It looks like some of the schemas in a regression suite now output 
alot more of these warnings. Across the regression suite, there's nearly 
300,000 warnings. We need to determine if these are false positives or if these 
schemas really just do have a ton of unused properties. And if so, maybe there 
is a certain class of unused properties that we should not warn about because 
it's just too overwhelming.  (was: DAFFODIL-2978 made changes to improve
