@stevedlawrence So when using the scala-steward GitHub Action, like we do currently, the PR's made don't allow us to approve the workflows to run or anything. We have to basically rebase that PR and then force push to the branch to get the workflows to run. Moving to the scala-steward instance and not using the GitHub Action at least seems to allow us to just approve the PR to run which seems like less a hassle.
