We mannually squash the version bump + reformatting into a single commit and drop the .git-blame-ignore-revs commit. We drop the .git-blame-ignore-revs commit because the the PR merge+rebase will change the commit hash so the .git-blame-ignore-revs hash will be different than what scala steward put in that file. So far we haven't really found the .git-blame-ignore-revs file necessary so it's not a big loss. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
